Dear Jo Ann,
Mike and I
would like to warmly thank you and your staff for
helping create the wedding day of our dreams.
Everything from the plates to the petite fours was
absolutely perfect. The sweets were so beautifully
displayed that many guests said they were almost too
pretty to eat, although I noticed that once they tasted
the menu, they were hooked!
We were
especially complimented again and again on the
cheesecake martini station, which many guests had not
seen before. I proudly told a few guests that you
had worked hard to perfect the consistency of the
cheesecake for the martini glasses just for our initial
tasting last April, and they were just as impressed with
you as we have always been. Our only regret was
that we were not able to fully enjoy the food during the
reception. Luckily, a picnic basket of goodies were
packed for us to take with us as we left the reception,
which we enjoyed immediately upon checking into our
honeymoon suite!
I also want
to thank you especially for all of your patience and
help with our budget and my never ending emails in the
months and weeks leading up to the big day. Again and
again your great suggestions, solutions and expert
advice saved the day.
We do have
plans to return to the Dallas area after Mike completes
law school in 2009, and look forward to working with you
and your terrific staff in the future for future
parties, as there's no other caterer we'd rather work
with. Until, then if I can serve as a reference,
please do let me know. We've already referred you
to many of our friends, and will continue to so with the
highest gratitude. We wish you and Glory House Catering
all the best!
